The horrific acts that happened September 11, 2001 remind us once again that freedom has never been free. Our freedom has been paid for by the lives and sacrifices of many men, women and children, who have gone before us and will continue to be paid by the brave men and women protecting us and our freedom. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of those who lost loved ones, as well as the thousands who have been injured. Our nation stands together, undeterred by these recent acts of terrorism that can only serve to unite us. We can say without reservation that we together as Americans will not be intimidated by the cowards who have taken innocent lives.

God bless the United States of America in this time of great loss and lead us together forward to defeat the evil that caused this pain.
